STEPS TO YOUR PROJECT'S SUCCESS
Request
Do you have specific requirements for your hinges or fittings? Is there nothing satisfactory on the market? Do you need CE-certified hinges to match your profiles? Get in touch and send us your specifications. We'll take care of the rest.
Study
We assess the feasibility of the project and carry out a pre-dimensioning of the components. We define the production equipment needed to manufacture the parts, depending on the size of the series.
Quotation
We'll send you a detailed estimate and a preliminary design drawing.
Development
We take care of the design and the detail drawings.
Prototyping
We manufacture and send you prototypes to validate the development of your product.
Testing
We are equipped with a laboratory that enables us to carry out endurance tests in accordance with EN 1935 and corrosion tests in accordance with EN 1670. We can also provide CE certification for hinges through our authorized partner.
Launch
Once approved, we start manufacturing your product. We guarantee SWISS MADE high-quality.
